Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Regional SalesManager to join our team. This position is based at ourMexico Vallejo facility.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supporting internal andexternal communications, problem solving and resolution as well as liasion withtargeted accounts in a specific geographic territory

Some activities related with the position willbe :

Promotes the principle sales philosophy thatwill convince distribution, OEMs and their manufacturing partners to utilizeBussmann products in the design and use of their equipment / products and tospecifiy Bussmann products.

The RegionalSales Manager works with all levels of management to coordinate, devleop andimplement a distributor strategy.

Coordination with marketing, engineering, customer service, RSAs,manufacturing and finance departments is necessary to create and implement thestrategy.

Required(Basic) Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree

7+ years Field sales experience in theelectrical industry

Excellent communication and presentationskills; strong computer and software skills, including MS Office
