What You'll Do
The main focus of this role is to analyze data to assess business performance, identify opportunities for improving / reducing costs for Cisco.
In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing business and financial analytics which drive decision-making and represent the status of the CX Engineering & Product Management business.
Responsibilities include :
Gathering and investigating numerical data, assembling disparate sources of data so that CX Engineering & Product Management leaders can provide the most accurate and accessible model of the business which can drive fact-based decisions and actions.
Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need.
Analyze data and document recommendations for process development and / or improvement.
Track and report key financial indicators.
Provide business operations support.
Who You Are
You are a solid team player, demonstrating the ability to lead and / or collaborate effectively.
You have direct experience with business-oriented data analysis and data management.
You are able to analyze complex issues in a global environment and demonstrate success in developing / managing management reports and processes to collect and maintain business data.
You are a self-starter who is comfortable picking things up as you go and supporting an organization which is transforming
Our Minimum Requirements are the following :
Capability with analyzing data and statistics
Advanced Excel expertise
Smartsheet, Tableau and Sharepoint profiency is preferred
2+ years in financial and business analysis with ability to digest and analyze financial reports
Experience in field services or sales operations, understanding of Cisco Services
Strong preference for expertise with decision modeling techniques
