The main objective of this position as is to represent the Brand as a Regional Sales & Education Manager for your designated territory.
As the brand expands we need to continue consistency in customs and technique while and ultimately increasing sales and supporting growth.
This is accomplished through effective Account Management at the store level, and selling the benefits of By Kilian, Tom Ford & Frederic Malle products to our retail partners.
This role looks at the overall responsibility for the market from a sales and education perspective. This includes achievement of in-
store sales objectives, execution of special events, brand specialists training and development, developing relationships with local in-
store management, as well as communication of programs and brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities : Sales
Monitor sell-in and sell-out and ensure the delivery of yearly targets.
Establish weekly and monthly sales reports per market and provide feedbacks on competitive dynamics, price positioning and market share for each account.
Conduct daily communications with distributors and retailers to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan and the achievement of targets.
Analyze KPI and productivity for each account.
Analyze sales and turnover to develop made-to-measure strategies.
Develop growth opportunities by analyzing new markets, competition, and negotiating opening conditions.
Coordinate the opening of new markets and new points of sales.
Marketing & Trade
Define and implement Marketing & Trade plans for each market.
Adapt launch strategies per market and monitor them to provide accurate feedback to the Managing Team.
Negotiate promotional activities with distributors and retailers to support new product launches and brand best-sellers.
Ensure availability of point of sale materials to support every market in the most efficient way.
Plan and coordinate events and promotional activities.
Control that Brand Image and Merchandising guidelines are maintained in each point of sales.
Train, motivate and manage performance of the sales team.
Update stores daily on business needs and develop / nurture retailer relationships
Communication with store’s management, staff & PR
Execute Training & Development of specialists’ in the areas of product knowledge, history / philosophy of the brand, customer service, sales, & clientele skills which will enable achievement of sales plans
Recognize opportunities for the growth and betterment of Kilian as brand
Able to recruit, interview, and develop new Brand Specialists
Consistently plan and strategize with stores and specialist for the growth of the business
Execute events that support & grow business
Personal Appearances, Master Classes, Meet the Expert, Wardrobe, etc.
Networking with the teams to get brand recognition internal and external of the stores
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management, training and sales (includes 2-3 years of training experience- seminars, one-on-one coaching, etc)
Flexible schedule; ability to travel 50% of the time.
Exceptional leader and team player; with ability to motivate and mentor a team
