The Sr. Total Rewards Specialist will be a part of the Global Rewards Team and is the client facing Total Rewards expert for the assigned areas of the organization.
In the context of the business and people strategies, as determined by senior leadership, this position will be responsible for executing total reward initiatives and programs, compensation planning processes and benefits design projects.
A key focus area for this role will be data analytics and drawing inferences to provide insights to markets and propose continuous improvements in Total Rewards.
This position will work in close collaboration with the Americas teams to ensure a full understanding of the needs and requirements of the local markets.
Ensure the appropriate pay mix, leverage, target setting and other design elements in partnership with local leadership.
Ensure all actions are in compliance with internal SOPs and external laws / regulations. Collaborate and educate country HRBPs as a COE.
Education - Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree preferred.
Licenses / Certifications - CEBS / CCP preferred
Fully knowledgeable and proficient in own discipline
Experience - 8 - 12 years
Languages : English, Spanish and Portuguese (Desirable)
