The Sr. Total Rewards Specialist will be a part of the Global Rewards Team and is the client facing Total Rewards expert for the assigned areas of the organization.

In the context of the business and people strategies, as determined by senior leadership, this position will be responsible for executing total reward initiatives and programs, compensation planning processes and benefits design projects.

A key focus area for this role will be data analytics and drawing inferences to provide insights to markets and propose continuous improvements in Total Rewards.

This position will work in close collaboration with the Americas teams to ensure a full understanding of the needs and requirements of the local markets.

  • Contributing to guiding principles and overall pay strategy to ensure consistent alignment with the Company pay philosophy of rewarding results.
  • Ensure the appropriate pay mix, leverage, target setting and other design elements in partnership with local leadership.

  • Following trends and providing proactive guidance to markets to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Consult and initiate project work to ensure effective and market competitive compensation and benefit programs are designed, administered, communicated and realized.
  • Global projects and project management
  • Preparing and administering the planning cycles and implementation of new C&B systems to include SOP development, systems testing / support, communications, timeline adherence, planning guidelines, budget setting, fielding questions and providing the right level of analysis to support HR and senior executive reviews.
  • Oversee and resolve escalated day-to-day C&B activities of job evaluations, survey submissions, accrual calculations, pay adjustments, internal and external market analysis, etc.
  • Ensure all actions are in compliance with internal SOPs and external laws / regulations. Collaborate and educate country HRBPs as a COE.

  • Partner with Global vendors to drive value & efficiencies
  • Individual with HR capabilities and experience managing compensation and benfit programs required.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, ability to multi-task and set priorities.
  • Must have the ability to apply analytical thinking and have astute problem solving capabilities.
  • The role requires the individual to have strong computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and have strong customer service skills.
  • Must be a highly energetic individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.

  • Education - Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree preferred.

    Licenses / Certifications - CEBS / CCP preferred

    Fully knowledgeable and proficient in own discipline

    Experience - 8 - 12 years

    Languages : English, Spanish and Portuguese (Desirable)

    Excel Knowledge (Advance)
