To negotiate commercial agreements with customers and follow up the achievement by securing the delivery of the seeds.
To do the continuous follow up with direct and indirect customers, understanding their needs and securing the customer satisfaction
To stablish demonstrative field plots and to organize promotional events developed and conducted for the benefit of both direct and indirect customers.
To organize market visits for customers.
To participate in expos and demonstrative events to promote products and generate brand awareness.
To do sales forecast in a monthly basis to secure the availability of seeds to customers.
To review continuously inventories to secure deliveries to customer and rotation of the products.
To be accountable of the account & receivables of customers and avoid overdue payments.
To support the marketing team and update market research studies achieving continuous improvement and knowledge of the market by type of client.
Having the ultimate objective of contributing to the development of business plans and strategic plans
To continuously update the CRM data base and deliver activity reports to inform market situation in the area
To contribute to the decisions of advancing products to the next stages
To contribute in the construction of launching plans
5.MANAGERIAL HIERARCHY AND COLLABORATIVE RELATIONS
DIRECT REPORT TO GENERAL MANAGER
This position will report to the General Manager of the Subsidiary, who will provide support in the event of difficulties and during special events.
The General Manager will also provide assistance in making decisions. Ideal candidate will have autonomy to perform specific duties with flexibility, as delegated by management.
INTERFACE / OPERATIONAL CONTACTS
This position works in close collaboration with :
Local Product Promotors (Development) to follow up new developments
Product Managers to contribute in successful product launches
Peer Sales Representatives to organize and align forecast and negotiations of common customers
Supply Chain to build monthly rolling forecast
Customer Service to follow up with orders and deliveries
Finance to follow up account and receivables
In addition, there are several external interactions which include customers, management outside of the subsidiary, official and technical bodies, as well as service providers that may be required.
