Job Description :

Help in the creation of the agricultural organization (Management and training)

Lead and develop a team of 160 people with 2 direct reports.

Participate in the agave-planning program.

Participate in the elaboration of annual budget.

Participate with R&D area to find opportunities to improve agave cultivation.

Expenses control in annual budget.

Maintain a record of the KPI’s of the agave operations (planting and maintenance)

Coach the entire team.

Lead agave operation team in Don Julio Agavera practices for agave planting and maintenance of all inventory.

Supervise and control agave operation team to follow technical recipe.

Maintain the record of all KPI’s for agave operations and propose actions and projects to improve.

Have tide collaboration with R&D area to execute projects designed to improve technological recipes for agave maintenance.

Follow all Agrex process in all agave farming operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Agronomy or related areas).

5+ years broad and deep technical experience on agave plantation and maintenance.

Strong experience to lead agricultural teams for agave operations.

Strong knowledge on handling agrochemicals used for agave operations.

Very good communication skills to transmit instructions to agave team.

Strong experience in supervision of agricultural teams.

Good knowledge of planning : People, resources and equipment to execute agave operations.

Good knowledge on agricultural machinery dedicated to agave operations.

Basic knowledge on regulations applicable to agave operations.

Capability to prepare executive reports to Leadership.
