The Customer Service Representative team is in charge of a very important area of our company, which is helping our clients.
A successful CSR is able to identify the customer’s problem, effectively solve the case, and use their judgment to escalate issues or report situations to an internal team if needed.
We need efficient personnel who can provide the right solutions for our new and existing customers. ARSEM is looking for enthusiastic, responsible and customer service oriented individuals to join our workforce.
What will you do as a CSR? -Assist customers through phone, email or chat. -Use the company’s tools and software to handle accounts and navigate through the marketplace.
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and determine the best solution to help them. -Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly.
Update files with accurate information. What Qualifications do you need? -Fluency in English is Mandatory (Written and Spoken) -Full-Time Schedule Availability -High School Diploma -Typing Skills (At least 21 words per minute) -Being Able to Start Immediately What do we offer?
