This position will provide customer service in a fast paced environment, process orders for customers including order entry, expediting, model and part number review, updating orders to comply with customer changes, maintaining delivery performance on orders and providing communication to the customer and sales force for all order and shipment information.
Must be able to work closely with operations, shipping, materials and scheduling to communicate customer needs. Must be able to manipulate customer websites.
AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL Manage and resolve customer issues Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant / distribution center to the customer Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team and external customers Maintain customer service process training documents specific to the Reynosa plant Work with the materials group, NA CSR team, warehouse personnel, trade compliance and sales team to meet critical customer needs Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Able to speak both English and Spanish fluently Strong communication skills Strong computer skills Oracle, Microsoft Office including email, excel and word Strong problem solving and teamwork skills Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers Ability to travel up to 5 PERCENT of the time PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Oracle Experience a plus Bachelors Degree in Business or related field 2 years experience in relevant field Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred WHY EMERSON?
