Develop and Maintain a warranty log including the receipt and status through closure of analysis.
Asist with internal and customer reports for warranty responses. (Monthly Status : 8Ds, FCA-QMTS, GM Sufficiency reports)
Support warranty and quality team as needed for warranty reviews and reporting.
Access Customer Portals : input responses, pull reports, ec (FCA-PRAS, Ford GSAR)
Review Customer Warranty debit and assist other Control Devices plants as needed
English proficiency 90% or more is required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self starting - strong initiative and results oriented
Microsoft Excel / Office proficiency required for data handling, graphs, analysis, presentations.
IT / Computer proficient to navigate varied complex customer systems
2 yrs of experience in similar position
3 yrs of experience in Quality in an automotive industry / manufacturing environment
