com.mx. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, has experience working in data modeling, and can drive results across technical teams.
This position involves regular communication with senior management , therefore effective executive presentation skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas :
Strong data analysis, experience working with large data sets building predictive models, creating user segmentation, extracting insights that drive business decisions
Product management and development, working together with data scientists in order to enhance existing models and customer experience
Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features
Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in data modeling
Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies is required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Degree in engineering or specialized studies in mathematics or statistics field
MBA or equivalent experience
Product / program management experience
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including data scientists, technical, engineering, and marketing
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business and product requirements
Superior verbal and written communication skills
