Goals :

1. Administration of human resources to ensure total adherence to policies and

procedures, take care of management styles, behaviors and ethics with which

our staff is driving. Also ensure community commitment.

2. Comply with the health, environment, safety and labor standards policy and procedures

3. Comply with the requirements of the quality system

4. General responsible for compliance with the Environment System, ISO 14001

Key Job Functions

1. Maintain the labor required by the operation.

2. Hiring of operational and administrative levels

3. Administration of human resources systems (people soft / Lms)

4. Administration of official human resources procedures

5. Maintain a constant, positive working relationship with union delegates

6. Implement and follow up on strategies for the reduction of turnover rates,

absenteeism and delays

7. Keep updated the database and personal records of each employee

8. Supervise and authorize any change of status (Mp's) of employees : transfers, transfers

low and promotions

9. Lead promotions committee and follow up on personal level changes Hourly

10. Keep the division organization manual updated

11. Compliance with all legal provisions issued by the government (STPS, IMSS,

INFONAVIT, SEMARNAP, PROFEPA, ETC.)

12. implementation and administration of industrial safety systems and procedures

and environment that guarantee the physical integrity of employees as well as the protection

of material, equipment, machinery and building.

13. Administration of the benefits and benefits package for the different categories of

employees

14. Administration of the services to the personnel (transport, security, medical services)

15. Take care of the management style and behavior of employees

16. Caring for the management style and behavior of employees

17. Verify that the information of reports issued by HR is true and timely

18. Manage the compensation policy (Evaluation, career plan, succession plan)

19. Compliance with training programs

20. Timely management of recognition and motivation programs for employees

21. Compliance with the norms of TS-16949 / ISO-14001 regarding the

Human Resources
