Partneringwith operations management, so that recruitment and selection of employees meetbusiness needs

Internalcustomer interface for new process wrap-up

Researchingand utilizing time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potentialemployees

Utilizingproactive and various search methods to source candidates, includingadvertising (print and web based), employee referrals, recruitment agencies andpersonal networking

Overseethe recruitment process from job specification to offer and acceptance

Conductinterviews for different positions including high-end skilled profiles

Manageapplications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates oninterviews in a professional and timely manner

Providetimely and quality recruitment and selection reports

Driverecruitment process improvement

Documentall the hiring activities, by using appropriate company systems and procedures

Standardizepractices & measurements across clients.


  • Previousrelevant experience (4+ years);
  • abilityof sourcing the best candidates from what can sometimes be a limited talentpool;
  • Experienceof competency / behavior based interviewing techniques is an advantage;
  • Projectmanagement skills

    Universitygraduate (relevant studies)

  • Ableto effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment;
  • Excellentinterpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Innovativeapproach to problem solving;
  • Positive,enthusiastic, self-starter, results driven
