Plans, performs and coordinates claim processes within Warranty Center. This position is responsible for all specific warranty processes. The position reviews, receives, and inputs analysis reports into (SAP/IQOS) and generates / maintains warranty failure database reporting. Creates Debit and Credit forms for processing of Warranty Claims. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four year college or university or 1 to 3 related experience. Experience should be gained in areas of technical operations and should include a minimum of One year in specific technology.
