Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Industrial or related

The main objective of the plant superintendent is to ensure the continuous and correct operation of the equipment loaded to the maintenance area.

You must be able to carry out the following activities :

a) Coordination and assignment of activities of Engineers and maintenance technicians in the three operating shifts

b) Monitoring the execution of the annual maintenance plan

c) Preparation and updating of work orders using the MP9 software

d) Requisition of materials, consumables and spare parts required for equipment maintenance

e) Maintain all plant facilities in good condition

f) Request and coordinate the execution of specialized work with suppliers

g) Attention to requirements of other areas

h) Generation of the list of materials for line movements and / or modifications to the building infrastructure

i) Planning of times and movements for the execution of a job

j) Daily review of the logs generated by the plant technicians at the end of each shift

k) Daily review of the inspection variables of the variable inspection according to SOP-7-25073-581

l) Review and storage of work orders for each equipment that is performed preventive maintenance according to the schedule

m) Programming and coordination of drinking water fumigation and treatment services

n) Coordination of labor with contractor personnel.

Knowledge

Electrical installations in alternating current and direct current (laying circuits, mounting the tray, connecting circuits to the board, etc).

Refrigeration and air conditioning equipment (package and minisplit units)

Industrial air compressors (preferably Atlas Copco and Ingersol Rand brand)

Drywall-based room construction

General painting services, plumbing, drainage, etc.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment

Interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams

Coordinate and / or lead the work team of their shift

Making decisions related to the execution of work in progress

Ease of researching technical data of certain equipment and / or spare parts

Basic knowledge in computing

Volumetric of materials for specific jobs
