Key Responsibilities :

  • Conducts research, Analyzes data, and presents findings for projects of low to high complexity
  • Manages customer expectations through effective communication about Client direct order fulfillment capabilities and delivery performance
  • Enables sales force to focus on revenue and margin related activities
  • Coordinates Direct operations strategies; aligns operational commitments of the different business unit sales teams
  • May identify risk areas, and lead the development of solutions based on analytical data
  • Reports back to customer on the delivery performance and other periodic reporting as assigned
  • Managing relationships with customers, channel partners, stakeholders and team members
  • Ensuring company audit and compliance policies and procedure are known and followed
  • Integrated Financing and Direct Leasing Management :

  • Accountable for Ad-hoc Reporting for Lease management
  • Asset tracking per Serial number (S / N) for all deployment sites
  • Send notifications 3 months prior and 1 month prior to end of lease
  • Shipped vs. delivered reconciliation reports
  • Revenue reconciliation reports for monthly invoicing of HW and Services deployed
  • Support Customer AOM (Sales Ops PM) in managing Early Termination / Buy out
  • Fill in special form for HPE FS for early returns for each S / N
  • Review contractual clauses to calculate the associated customer fees
  • Instruct Contract Management Operations (CMO) team on how to adjust customer invoices
  • Follow-up with customer to receive PO and update Asset Database
  • Support Customer AOM (Sales Ops PM) in managing Disposal / End of Lease
  • Fill in special form for HPE FS for each return with all impacted S / N
  • Ensure customer readiness for return and arrange pick-up with and HPE FS
  • Manage escalations and extra fees coming from HPEFS for returned assets (HPE FS reserves 2 months after pick-up of old devices to do an inventory check)
  • Follow-up with customer to receive PO to cover any potential HPE FS logistic fees associated with these returns.
  • Information Management Acumen :

  • Demonstrates fundamental understanding of information management systems and infrastructure
  • Understands how Client systems are structured and linked
  • Serves as a "super-user for the administration and maintenance of operational tools
  • Maintains knowledge of databases and reporting applications systems
  • Maximizes usability of data to support Volume Direct sales / management decisions
  • Customer Ops Management :
  • Understands customer operations management its rationale and requirements, and how its systematic application contributes to Client business success.
  • Understands how customer ops management is used to ensure engagement success, and the factors that impact implementation (e.
  • g., consistent metrics for invoicing, tracking, reporting, etc.)

  • Identifies how components of customer ops management (e.g., time entry, labor tracking, utilization reporting, order entry, invoice creation & issuance, etc.
  • relate to other operations processes

  • Understands methods & tools associated with customer ops management and how these interface with other management / tracking / reporting systems
  • Supply Chain Fundamentals :

  • Understands key supply chain concepts and practices and uses these to maintain a big picture perspective during customer engagements
  • Understands Client and regional supply chain organization and functions
  • Understands key elements of logistics and scheduling, including flow and physical distribution / delivery
  • Understands the critical challenges associated with supply chain management
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Project and / or Program Management preferably within an international environment
  • Fluent in English. More languages are a plus.
