Lead local Controlling teams to optimize financial performance within the function. Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, adding transparency, and interpreting financial data from multiple systems to consolidate and evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Consolidation of financials information to provide one source of truth on the costs (including investments) across
  • Americas
  • Creating a structure and consolidation across three ERP systems that have been run and managed individually for the US.
  • Working with other lead countries across Americas on management, understanding, and reporting of managed costs.
  • Working with other countries that are supported by lead countries in the Americas on management, understanding, and reporting of costs.
  • Setting up a framework in conjunction with the Head of Finance, so budgets, forecast, actuals and projections into the future are easily tracked and managed.
  • Designs and implements a strategic investment appraisal and decision-making process based on a clear understanding of cost, risk, interdependencies, and impact on existing business activities, enabling measurement and objective evaluation of potential changes and the benefits to be realized
  • Your background

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10 years f experience in a similar position
  • A master’s degree information systems, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience would be a plus
  • Experience in financial and budget management with a strong focus on cost control
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple ERPs experience would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with procurement and vendor management on negotiating with vendors and
  • service providers by providing key levers and requirements
  • Collaborative and a team player with the ability to work in a multicultural and multi-located team.
  • Driven for success and aspiring to a culture of service excellence.
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively with many diverse stakeholders, with external vendors and auditors, and with staff
  • Demonstrated ability to network in a complex matrix type organization structure
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written is required.
  • Minimal travel requirements.
  • Highly organized and multitasking skills
  • Ability to drive transformation and change management
