Descripción :

The main responsibilities are :

  • Develop annual recruiting calendar
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing and targeting events, including formal and informal presentations, receptions and dinners.
  • Prepare and distribute resumes to team; compile spreadsheet of applicants.
  • Assist with debriefing meetings, and convey next-step decisions to Recruiting Team and candidates.
  • Responsible of On boarding process, training, mid-point and final reviews and final presentations.
  • Keep recruiting email in box updated.
  • Perfil de Candidato :

    University or College degree. Fluent in English (written and spoken). 2-3 years administrative support experience, preferably at a professional services firm.

    Comprehensive knowledge of personal computers and their software applications is required (experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word strongly preferred).

    Strong customer service focus.
