Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager , you as a Molding Process Engineer will be responsible for to assure that fabricated products Quality assurance, meet specification of the products, make sure all equipment is working properly.
About the job :
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations for product development or enhancement
Maintain product quality according to the standard of quality.
Establish processes and parameters for all molding processes.
Responsible for transfers into or out of the plant.
Responsible for the introduction of new products and releases.
About you :
Bachelor in Electromechanical Engineer / Mechanical / Electrical.
Solid knowledge in plastics process, Nylon, PCV, composites, etc.
Corrective and preventive maintenance contact with technician support suppliers, laboratory tests.
Management of MS Office, statistical process control, culture of teamwork, supervisory experience.
Fluency in English
