We are looking for an Electronic Engineer in Piedras Negras, Coahuila responsible to provide Market & Technology Analysis, Marketing and Sales Support, Engineering and Testing as other customer related activities from the automotive global customers.
About the job :
Independent research of technical news, trends and information related to xEV by using available information resources and conveying to the BDM team.
Comparison of the Littelfuse portfolio and Competition portfolio.
Represent technical features, differentiators, etc. of products in presentations and documentation.
Work with the team on technical reports, white paper, application notes, marketing presentations. Work as liason between xEV / AEB BDM / technical teams and ESBU Marketing team to align content look-and-feel and structure.
Preparation of promotional and marketing material for Distribution, Exhibition and Tech-Days. Work as liaison between xEV / AEB BDM / technical teams and Marcom to coordinate the creation of the above support materials.
Support for xEV engineering activities, such as design-in, test, fabrication and assembly of prototypes, experimental design circuitry or product measurements.
Support of Development Board Design, which includes electronic circuits and logic systems.
Global support for technical requests from Distributors for the automotive customers
Provide global courteous automotive Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical customer support through phone and Mail requests. Identify and escalate tier 2 and 3 issues requiring urgent attention to the appropriate team(s).
Monitor all open tickets to ensure prompt closure and resolution.
About you :
Bachelor of Science in electronics, electrical engineering, or automotive engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in a technical role
English is a must
Use of manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, measurement equipment, etc.
Performs operational test and fault analysis on components and circuits
Ability to write technical reports on engineering standard levels
Works from schematics, layouts, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions
Knowledge in electrical systems & high-voltage components (BMS / BDU / CMC etc) is a plus
Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong collaborative and communication skills in team environment
Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall performance
