Job Description

Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects

  • Highlight / identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
  • Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
  • Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution
  • Develop project estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)
  • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and / or major upgrades to existing services
  • Minimum requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in business / technical area adequate equivalent Fluent in English (written and spoken), speaking an another language being frequently used in the region would be a plus

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing technology and Marketing Cloud building campaigns, designing flows, uploading contacts, etc.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) a bonus
  • Understand and experience on HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap
  • Scrum or Agile methodology experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills of leading teams, managing vendors and indirectly manage resources.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources.
  • Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to operate in a global organization
