  • In this leadership role, you will have a team of 4 Team Leaders to support and implement these processes with the Business Units using internal and industry best practices as a Strategic Partner.
  • Your team structure will have direct assignment of roles, responsibilities, goals and strategic definition with the Order to Cash leadership across all 3 Business Units.
  • You will be an OTC advocate of business process knowledge and ability (Training), process adherence (Quality Assurance), process and technological improvements (Project Management, Continuous Improvement) from inception to implementation.
  • This role also includes responsibility over the dialer technology / enablement program and the 3rd Party and Legal process.
  • You will have direct ownership that includes day-to-day execution, organizational design principles, implementation of standardized policies & practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • As Sr. Manager, with the support of your leadership team, you will also participate in Strategic & Operational Reviews with the 3 Business Units you support.
  • This can include : Operational & Financial Reviews, Process Effectiveness & Efficiency Programs, and driving Senior Executive
  • Other key parts of your role will be to :

  • Develop, Attract & Train Staff
  • Adherence to JCI Policies & Procedures, which includes SOX Compliance.
  • Ensure a positive, open and flexible work environment is maintained.
  • Be a Valued Member of our Monterrey Business Center team, which also includes Record to Report and Procure to Pay Process leaders.
  • BA / MBA degree in business administration / management or Finance.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Process Operations (Continuous Improvement, Building BI Dashboard / Analytical Tools, Training, Strategic Projects) across Order to Cash Processes (Order Entry, Credit, Collections and Cash) in a Global / Multi-National Operating environment. Includes managing teams of >
  • 50 people over this time period.

  • Experience can also include operating in progressive leadership roles in a Shared Services Environment (outsourced or captive) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading Global Projects and Programs in Technology and / or Business Processes that include working with IT and Operations.
  • Passion for process simplification and automation required.

  • The ability to document, plan, and measure results of the operation on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. This includes business problem capabilities in a global operating environment.
  • Black Belt, Green Belt, and other process certifications are all important skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities to engage with Business Unit GMs, CFOs and Operations to drive and improve overall performance across Order to Cash.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (pivots and v-lookup)
  • Strong leadership qualities to work within a matrix business model, deal with ambiguity, and to solve business problems that create shareholder value.
  • English proficiency required; written and verbal
