Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technical and operational support to the field service operations and customers.
Call center, service orders scheduling, corrective and preventive maintenance planning and control, field dispatching, 2nd level technical support, service contract administration, and operational performance reports are the main areas of responsibility.
Assists Equipment Division Manager with reports for key performance indicators : equipment uptime, service contract revenue, inventory level, customer satisfaction index, expenses, eConnectivity (adoption rates and proactive fixes), Service Order Timely Management index, Preventive Maintenance Adherence index, and Compliance with MODs and FAs.
In the principal duties and responsabilities, he will monitor call center and technical support activities in assigned country such as customer call intake, field dispatch, spare parts inventory management, and field transfer operations.
He also Visit and handle customer cases that are more critical or strategic and finally he will be responsible for People Management processes including selection, retention, motivation and people development.
Identify high potentials and provide development opportunities ensuring exposure and visibility within the organization.
BS degree in Business, Electrical Engineering / Electronic / Mechatronic, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field, english language, conflict management, business understanding, basic Analysis and interpretation, problem solving, sense of Urgency, teamwork, results and Performance Driven, customer Focus, people management and MS Office
