As a member of the Legal & Compliance team, the Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing a variety of compliance related projects and initiatives.

The Role

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

  • Work closely with the global compliance and legal teams on a variety of compliance-related projects, including preparation of presentations, various investigations, data privacy, training and committee preparation
  • Compose / run periodic and ad hoc compliance reports on a timely basis
  • Prepare compliance reports for presentations, maintain and update various compliance databases, and update compliance training records
  • Maintain the responsibility of intake, management and disposition of complaints to the Ethics and Compliance hotline; provide support to program directors and investigators
  • Analyze / assess efficiency of investigations and report findings to CCO
  • Prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
  • Your Qualifications

  • Experience in compliance matters, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Antitrust, Conflict of Interest, Fraud, etc.
  • Exercises good judgment, and is highly organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, responsible and conscientious
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and confidential matters in a highly discrete and sensitive manner.
  • Good time and resource management skills

  • Highly resourceful, efficient, self-starter, driven, willingness to grow and learn new skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
