    Key performance areas :

    The Competence Development Project Coordinator will take full ownership of all competence development programs not only for the technical workforce working under a specific contract but also for all the organization under sales areas by leading training strategy.

    Responsible for coordinating training activities in the contract, workshops and facilities.

    Likewise, it is responsible to ensure the execution of the requirements, norms, processes and policies of safety and environment of Sandvik, as well as to ensure compliance with the KPI's of training under the projects in charge.

    Scope : This position applies to any business area.

    Major Activities :

    Support and collaborate with Technical Competence Development Leader on sites.

    Work together with the area Competence to ensure closing the loop on all competence development programs for Sandvik employees.

    Support and empower employees, managers, and HR in specific competence development programs Orchestrate the organization training needs by providing design, planning, documentation, delivery and access to all appropriate training materials.

    Responsible of ensure the organization mapping in competence development and identification of training needs as a result of the projects requirements and support manager as required.

    Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next career step.

    Manage and maintain database to effectively develop training activities for individuals.

    Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development.

    Required competencies :

  • Relevant equipment experience & Hydraulics, Electricity, Electronics
  • Passion for people development, with a professional and service minded approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with all levels of an organization and form strong relationships with business and HR partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Comfortable with both operational and strategic work
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and specially with Excel (advance).
  • Your profile :

    2 years leading development programs or projects under a Technical position outside or inside Sandvik.

    Excellent communication skills , English Advance and Technical English Intermediate.

    Experience as a trainer (Desirable)

    Project Management.
