Coaching the team and organization on the use of Agile / Scrum processes. Understand program needs and have the ability to provide options and solutions to meet customer expectations and mitigate any risks.
Have a deep understanding of a variety of metrics for successfully management software development programs. Proactively be able to communicate risk, performance, people issues, business-related items, progress to development lead and delivery lead.
Schedule and facilitate all agile ceremonies.
