Workday Systems Analyst
will be based in
Guadalajara, North Campus
Responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient.
Responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, in order to provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do :
Provide day to day systems support including report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods.
Providing Human Resources with functional and technical support for all countries.
Systems Analysis and Design for new HR initiatives (including but not limited to partnering with HR SME’s to gather requirements, documenting processes / programs, configuring the system, participating in data conversion, building proof of concept(s), troubleshooting, testing, resolving system or process issues, implementing, and end user training.
Providing application configuration for various areas of Human Resources programs and business processes including but not limited to Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Leave Administration, and vendor interfaces / integrations.
Leading or participating in data requirements / process design sessions, data conversion, proof-of-concept, data analysis, audit compliance, regression testing, end-user and training.
Facilitating team processes; writing and reviewing Unit Testing and UAT test plans and scripts when necessary. Assisting and / or managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
Configuring : business processes, security, integration / interfaces, and reports. Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
Providing business analysis and requirements gathering skills with proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required) :
BA / BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of HCM, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) HR system configuration, or similar experience.
Experience as an HCM System Administrator
Deep business process knowledge of workflow, workflow configuration and system relationships in the area of Human Resources.
Experience with creating functional design and integration specifications and working with technical resources (preferably in off-shore capacity).
Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies
Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
Ability to work in a diverse and extremely fast paced / high pressure environment collaborating and building strong relationships with customers and team members.
Results oriented individual with proven track record.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences :
Technical experience in design, development, and implementation of web based IT Applications. (Desirable)
Knowledge of enterprise integrations using web services, SOAP, XML (Desirable)
