Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
Partner with technical / business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for the cost optimization, productivity, inventory accuracy & utilization, as well as inventory standards setting.
Develop estimates, operating plans during year and annual budgeting, forecasts, reviews, reports (GAAP).
Develop and establish financial policies & procedures.
Leading Standard cost process calculation in manufacturing process and analysis of occurring manufacturing variances.
Lead plants pacing mechanism including weekly estimate to leadership team.
Perform internal and external audits and ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensure finance compliance.
Being point of contact for key managers in the plant operational teams.
Cooperate with Financial analytics and accounting Center of Excellences on daily basis.
We are looking for a candidate with :
Masters of Business Administration or Corporate Finance are preferred degrees.
You must also have the following knowledge, skills and experience :
Strong experience in financial roles, with preference for manufacturing operations and supply chain environment.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in SAP or other ERP system will be additional advantage.
Fluency in English and Spanish written & spoken knowledge will be additional strength.
Demonstrate team leadership ability.
Strong written communication skills.
