Will focus on driving value for Henkel by managing cost, end-to-end Service Level quality and Key Performance targets as outlined by our Global Contracted Services and regional processes and report within a matrix structure therefore strong organization and communication skills are required.
Offers IT service delivery for Regional end user services scope for Latin America Interaction with Key Stakeholders within IBS, Business Units, etc.
Coordinate and implement programs throughout the Americas region in line with Global Strategy and initiatives, also independently manages processes that include project requests;
invoice validation; escalation and conflicts.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor s Degree in IT, Business Management,
2 years of experience in regional projects management
English at advanced level
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Emphasis on Excel)
Skills : Strong communication, adaptable to changing, high sense of accountability, drive and determination and initiative
