  • Establishing and administering appropriate regular project governance structures at region, country or program levels.
  • Establishing reporting of the projects and regularly collecting and consolidating reports for region, country or program level reviews.
  • Manages customer escalation and issue process (e.g. CCIs).
  • Driving the achievement of KPIs and operational metrics including ongoing tracking, driving and communication.
  • Collaborating with finance to establish appropriate financial management process for all projects.
  • Ensuring effective project push sales, sales forecasting and input to demand planning.
  • Ensuring the application of NOKIA project management methodologies, tools and processes including any regional, country or program adaptations.
  • Managing the consistent application of the project management methodology, tools and p through governance, project health checks and audits.
  • Providing ongoing improvements in project management methodologies tools & processes to meet business and customer needs.
  • Identifying and understanding the impact of other corporate processes and policies that affect the project management community.
  • Accountability for resource forecasting, planning and escalation process in line with business needs.
  • a)Experience in project management position preferable in an international environment

    b)Good knowledge of project and program management methodologies

    c)Well structure mind-set to create governance and process between the hub and the internal customers (clusters).

    d)Ability to work across boundaries

    f)Strong communication and presentation abilities

    g)Dtrong relationship management skills

    h)Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks and to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment

    j)Demonstrated ability to organize resources, prioritize work and deliver to tight timelines for multiple customers within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    k)Experience of working cross-culturally and able to demonstrate experience of working and thinking globally

    l)Experience of cross-functional team working and performing effectively in a matrix environment

    m)Fluent in English
