The Customer Support Representative is a pivotal role within in the BGA Services team within Honeywell Aerospace. The selected candidate will be the involved in all NavDB Database Services.
Job responsibilities will include :
Entering service agreements in BMS, supporting new customers, aircraft service transfers, and service renewals.
Provide support to CBM, FSE, Disputes and Customer Accounts teams.
Execute all tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Develop proficiency in SAP, BMS and related systems including the My Aerospace portal and Sales Force.com.
Support a global customer base while prioritizing critical issues to ensure customer requirements are met on time.
Manage work flow with minimum supervision while displaying patience, sound judgment, and professionalism under pressure.
Responsible for maintaining metrics relating to workload and revenue generating activities.
Display strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Develop knowledge and support all Export Compliance processes and regulations
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in (customer service)
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
An ability to influence at the operational level
Experience with SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, integrated reporting systems
