Become efficient with all sales related systems, tools and processes to a level that allows provision of an exceptional service to the sales team,
Identify potential issues and problems with tools or process and escalate them for resolution to prevent interruption to the work of the sales team;
Implements process changes as agreed with Team Lead or Supervisor;
Offers feedback on demand and not only, concerning ongoing process changes.
Deal Creation & Approvals
Processes requests in a timely manner as per the agreed internal processes;
Verifies the accuracy of data contained in the requests;
Makes sure that all information is correct and obtains all necessary authorizations for the processing of the requests, using assign delegation and current process guidelines / documentation;
Performs medium complexity tasks, such as correctly identifying and applying the multiple scenarios specified in the current OPG updates process, rejecting requests that are not applicable for updates, approving the updates correctly, as well as any other task related to OPG updates process;
Is well informed of the process and other type of information which is necessary for handling the requests in the system;
Uses the delegation in order to grant approval for deals within established guidance from the business;
Ensures smooth collaboration with all internal teams involved in the process (Pricing lead, Bid Desk, GOM&C, QM etc.);
Delivers reports and memos regarding the processed request, orders and transactions;
Follows-up on pending request with respective stakeholders to ensure the request is processed in due time.
This role will cover a very large number of deal types and business support; including but not limited to :
Offline deal creation; Alcatel deal creation; MAP deal creation; 15R deal creation; MSP deal creation; Promo deal creation;
TPL deal creation; Deal updates; EUV Completion; Cash Settlement deal creation; OEM deal creation; Price book creation; Extensions;
Global deal creation (direct / indirect) and Mc code changes.
Verifies the accuracy of data contained in the requests, as per the internal compliance guidelines;
Responsible for ensuring the right documentation is available for all deals;
Updates process documentation as needed.
Deal coordination, including deal entry and pricing coordination according to the process and SLA in place and ensures the turn-around time is met.
Experience and Skills :
A strong business mindset is key, with a run to the fire’ attitude; driving an action-oriented culture : you deliver on your promises,
Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach,
Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, a second language would be beneficial,
A detailed orientated mindset is critical,
Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel,
SFDC experience will be a distinct advantage,

Coach and support individual clients by understanding their industry and situation and identifying risks and opportunities
Work on pre-sales opportunities to create valid business cases including Return on Investement (ROI)
Use HPE standardized and customized services to develop customer solutions and success
Build a strong relationship to your team, as well to your customers
Create proposals describing the HPE solutions and the associated value proposition, ensuring knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed
Run one or more segments of solutions / services business
