1. Position Purpose Provide audit support services in accordance with IT audit standards to assist the organization in protecting and controlling information systems.

Responsible in conducting security reviews based on Conduent Security Standard, and other security standards fully accepted worldwide and to give support to the Business Units in the internal assessments (FSAs) and to respond to Internal / External Audits about the internal controls and security environment on the business.

Exposure to PCI DSS requirements and related assessments is a key role for this position. Provide support to the BUs assigned that the processes for information systems operations, maintenance, and support meet the organization’s policies in order to respond to internal and external security requirements.

Provide support in order to ensure BU's assigned are following the security policies, standards, procedures, and controls ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Will provide assistance to the audit managers and coordinate evidence gathering, interviews and observation sessions. 2.

Essential Position Functions Security Reviews and support Duty / Responsibility Audit Support to Business Units ·Coordinate the collection of evidence for audits and / or assessments for the BUs under their responsibility or as assigned.

  • The collection of evidence must meet the requirements and in the timeframe defined during the first meeting with the Auditors or the CISO assessors.
  • Coordinate the close-out of outstanding remediation items in a timely manner as they are reported, for the BUs under their responsibility, according to the Security Matrix Distribution of Responsibilities and based on the monthly CISO Open items report.
  • A plan of remediation will be defined and the BU and IT Teams responsible will be contacted to coordinate the efforts for closure of observations.

  • Participate in meetings of change implementations, such as product safety assessments. ·Participate in meetings related to Security reviews and / or Audit processes and help the BUs to respond to the customers ·Monitoring the remedial actions, resulted of reviews from the internal / external audit over the systems and periodic reviews of CISO.
  • Support the BUs in the review and / or creation of documents related to the control procedures and information security.

    Other Work as part of then assessment team under the direction of the audit manager leading the assessemetnts or audits.
