About the job

  • The ideal candidate is energetic, structured, self-starter, and an expert at developing and implementing effective SEO and ASO strategies.
  • This candidate will work closely with marketing, product, operations, and strategy teams to build a process that will speed up marketing projects and analytics.

    Your Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for implementing, driving, and optimizing DiDi’s SEO & ASO strategy for Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean.
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
  • Monitor key SEO KPIs and prepare and present reports regularly
  • Regularly perform detailed keywords research
  • Leverage agencies to deliver the expected results
  • Evangelize the organization on SEO topics
  • The Successful applicant

  • Overall 5 + years in a SEO and ASO experience
  • Extensive SEO experience in a fast-paced company and leading high trafficked website(s)
  • Detailed understanding of SEO techniques, tools, digital channels, proactively keeping up-to-date with the latest innovations
  • Deep technical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Expertise in A / B and other testing methods
  • Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced / native English level is a must
