YouTube Marketing’s mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people’s perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us.
We’re also responsible for all of YouTube’s marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
In this role, you will lead the strategic development of a critical region for YouTube Marketing. You are the YouTube brand advocate in the region and will highlight for the unique user needs of the region, to ensure the fulfillment of YouTube’s mission : give everyone a voice and a chance to succeed, bring people together, and show them the world.

Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative / business oriented field or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in a management consulting or corporate strategy role, in the investment bank or internet / media industries.
Experience in managing the strategic planning cycle for an organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and social marketing.
Experience leading strategic projects across multiple teams with the ability to manage across an organization, departments and teams.
Passion for YouTube.
Ability to create an inclusive environment supporting diversity initiatives across teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, and excellent creative judgment.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight timelines and remain focused in high-stress environments.
Responsible for the YouTube Marketing Strategy and priorities in Latin America and Canada in partnership with regional content lead.
Run the YouTube Social handle, social analytics, and crisis response in Latin America and Canada.
Build the Latin America regional growth team.
Create the regional Creator marketing infrastructure to support growing creator ecosystems in countries across product policy, communications, events, etc.
Build regional brand strategies in partnership with global team and country teams.
