Lead and manage assigned bids to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. Analyze complex RFP requirements and provide guidance to the bid team.
Write, organize, and edit marketing and technical proposal content and work with subject matter experts including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product Management and senior management to oversee proposal process from bid Go through bid submission.
Utilize and update SharePoint content database and engage subject matter experts to compose and customize company, marketing, and technical information and produce working and rough drafts.
Conduct proposal reviews with bid stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peers. Ensure message quality, format, and content meet the bid objectives and are consistent with Sales and technical strategies.
Utilize all Honeywell systems and tools, including Salesforce.com to document bid progress and status. Improve quality and consistency of proposal process and bid responses.
Deliver high-quality proposals that meet customer deadlines
Lead internally the full tendering (bid, proposal) process, end to end
Build relationships with key proposal stakeholders
Lead the risk assessment and mitigation process with technical and legal teams
Maintain bid content database
Effectively utilize P&E processes, tools and systems
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Business Administration or related
Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); excellent communication skills
3 years of proposals or bid management experience
3 years of experience within technology industry (Energy, IT, Telecom, etc.)
Demonstrated project management experience
Proficiency gathering and distilling information from interviews, online forms and other channels and translating to formal written documents
Ability to perform effectively in cross-functional teams in high pressure environment
Ability to collaborate and work well with people in all levels of an organization
Strong analytical skills to oversee extensive proposal requirements
Ability to organize and structure information
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Suite
