Job Description :

Regional Sales Manager is a primary point of sales contact and business development for named distribution partners in the designated area or region.

The incumbent will work closely with sales management, marketing, customer service, logistics, IT and finance to ensure a best in class customer experience.

He / she will be responsible for achieving sales targets by account asset by the Company. The Manager will execute all regional programs, promotional initiatives and other key aspects of account management.

Key responsibilities include production / demand forecasting, order management, internal and external partner trainings, collecting market intelligence, and driving product improvements based on distributor feedback.

What you can look forward to :

Manage day-to-day communications with assigned distributor accounts

Manage corporate communication to distributors regarding pricing, new products and

marketing programs

Help to define and deploy Enphase’s sales strategy

Monthly reviews of forecast, inventory volumes, point of sale data and order backlog with

distributors

Gather total available market data by distributor and develop a plan for Enphase to

achieve greater than 50% market share and each distributor

Develop and execute unique marketing programs and promotions to increase share at

assigned distributors

Drive distributor and customer issue resolution

Solicit feedback for product improvements

Be a conduit for market intelligence from installer partners

Conduct appropriate trainings on products and services for distributors and their

customers

Maintain accurate records of customer communication in CRM

Track metrics to evaluate distributor performance.

Based on candidate’s location, a virtual office might be required

Travel up to 50% - will be required

Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

10+ years sales, or supply chain management preferably with experience managing

wholesale distribution partners or OEMs

Proven successful experience working with an independent dealer network, Wholesale

distribution, and / or electrical wholesale distributors.

Experience working with construction contractors or electricians a plus

Computer skills, including experience in MSOffice and Salesforce.com

Flexible, can do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic fluid environment

Interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communications skills; team player attitude

Ability to work independently, and be self-motivated

Ability to prioritize time well to deliver consistently against stated objectives

Solid management experience

This position operates in the field, works with a computer, visits / talks to current and

potential customers; involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, traveling to

customer sites.
