Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the Entity Master Data life-cycle in support of data consumed by HPE's e2e value chain including quotes, deals, pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, supply chain, finance, channel data, etc.
and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions. Contact domain lead responsible for e2e deliverables from strategy, process, capability creation through to deployment of Entity Master Data process and tools to be consumed by EMDM and our value chain.
Maintains and enhances continuous improvement and automation of systems through but not limited to robotics.
Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools in support of Contact Master Data that support and are consumed across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
Consults with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned areas
Identifies and evaluates and provides functional specification documentation for new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with transformational strategy roadmap and business value
Creates plans for integration and update of all Contact processes and capabilities into sales operations architecture
Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, internal and potentially external sales partners and customers.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence.
Education and Experience Required :
University Degree in technical computer science field
Master degree in technical computer science field or MBA in related field
Requires 10- 15+ years experience
Must have :
World Wide role - must be flexible in hours
Master data experience - preferred
Contact Data - preferred
S4 (SAP) experience - preferred
Extensive analytic skills experience in big data, problem solving
Capability design e2e systems. From business requirements, supporting IT build, creating test scripts, conducting UAT (user acceptance testing) , supporting move to production (MTP)
Knowledge of design and deployment tools such as ALM, JIRA, etc. or similar tools
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and Skills :
Extensive understanding of master data
Extensive expertise in data analytics and consumption
Technical expertise in supporting master data systems
Preferred knowledge of Contact data and their requirements
Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions and
Solid knowledge of design and deployment related tools such as ALM, JIRA, etc.
Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems
Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities.
History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
