You will be the technical lead for all Engineering activities related to diverse
Low, medium and high voltage motors projects in Industrial Automation Business in the Process Industries Division, San Luis Potosí.
Reporting to the manager, you will drive excellence by ensuring that Engineering activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed in accordance with customer expectations, contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Working closely with customers to shape and deliver solutions and utilizing feedback to drive the delivery of innovative improvements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Leading and coordinating Engineering teams across various disciplines on projects of medium complexity, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
Developing and reviewing standard processes, tools and techniques while ensuring that Engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
Overseeing the creation of subcontracts and assisting Supply Chain in the management of subcontractors.
Supporting the Project Manager in overall project risk and opportunity assessments and overseeing the implementation of resulting improvement and mitigation actions.
Preparing project engineering proposals, coordinating documents and engineering estimates and performing related Engineering risk analysis.
Providing technical details, costs and deliverables for Sales proposals.
Supporting contract managers in issuing claims related to changes in project scope, including assessing cost and time impacts as well as risk quantifications.
Resolving complex technical issues both remotely and on domestic and international customer sites.

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineer (electrical power) or similar field with an advanced English.
More than 10 years of experience working in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of engineering and project management techniques, processes and tools, including knowledge in Motor Control Center, Electric Transmission, knowledge in substations in low, medium and high voltage
Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
