Purpose Statement : To perform product verification / qualification testing and other related technical lab support throughout all stages of the product development and manufacturing life cycle.
Key Job Accountabilities : Maintains work area and assists in maintaining the Plexus Engineering Solutions Lab to 5S and ESD standards.
Provide quality products and services to all internal and external customers. Supports the evaluation and improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices are used throughout the functional group.
Produce an acceptable quantity of work in a timely manner. Perform initial assembly and reworking of prototypes to support the development team and provide rapid prototype development.
Additional Accountabilities : Supports the Lean culture and effectively utilizes Lean Sigma concepts and tools to identify and eliminate waste while improving processes.
