Reporting to the VP Operations in Mexico this position will work closely with the VP Controller, Human Resource Director and IT Manager in Vancouver to ensure priorities are aligned to the organizational requirements functionality and on time implementation.

REQUIREMENTS : Experience :

Experience :

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience at a senior business administration level
  • Experience providing leadership and management to multiple departments including Finance, HR, Supply Chain
  • The ideal candidate would have experience working in a publicly listed or compliance oriented company
  • Mining experience is not required but is a plus
  • Experience in role with legal representation
  • Experience in Business Administration in Mexico
  • Education :

  • BSc / BA in business administration or relative field
  • Skills & special knowledge :

    Proven and exceptional interpersonal, communications, and leadership skills, with emphasis in dealing with multiple disciplines Problem solving, policy and procedural compliance Multi faceted planning and organizational skills Dynamic approach to task accomplishment Cross culture adaptability Accurate on time report facilitation

    Languages :

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

    Specific responsibilities


  • Manage daily operations of the Leon office
  • Plan and implement the most efficient administrative procedures.
  • Plan, implement, coordinate and improve administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline multiarea processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Monitor office costs and expenses with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure areas adhere to policies and regulations
  • Company representation

  • Attend mining and network events at a state and federal level
  • Legal representation of the Company
  • Human Resources

  • Oversee the management human resources requirement
  • Finance

  • Oversee the management Finance requirements
  • Oversee the management IT requirements
  • Supply Chain

  • Oversee and manage the company supply chain
  • Business Development

  • Manage and assist in business development administrative requirements
