Facilitates process and provides technicaland administrative leadership to ensurepliance with EHS regulations andMESH requirements.
Conducts manufacturing trial / runs to measure and provide areal analysis capacity.
Continuously identifies, assesses, andreduces / eliminates EHS risk.
Establishes and maintains relationships withgovernmental authorities on matters of mutual concern including voluntarycertification, maintenance of environmental permits, submission of requiredreports, and maintenance of data.
Directs and / or supports development anddeployment of EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001registration, VPP, Industria Limpia, etc.) as appropriate.
Investigates incidents (including nearmisses, releases, and losses) and accidents to determine root causes andprepares / directs corrective action plans.
Initiates opportunities to improveenvironmental conditions in themunity as well as fostering employeewellness and off-the-job safety.
Plans to deal with emergency situations thatcould adversely impact the environment, employees, or themunity.
Directs development, maintenance, andachievement of strategic initiatives designed to produce verifiable world-classperformance.

Bachelor’sDegree in Environmental Engineering, or other similar approved field.
Fiveyears of experience in EHS management in manufacturing environments.
Demonstratedknowledge of safety and environmentalmanagement processes, approaches and tools, including strategic management andproject management.
Stronginterpersonal skills with proven ability to lead change.
Experiencewith ISO14001 and OSHAS 18000
