Duties and Responsibilities :

Main responsabilities :

1) Continuous search for tools

  • Explore proactively the possible integration of tools and platforms that help to efficiently scale the operation of the area.
  • Responsible for the points of contact with each provider of the tools in the tech stack (evaluation of SLA's, receipt of invoices, etc.).
  • Work in conjunction with the engineering team on issues related to the integration of new platforms and / or their functionalities.
  • Total knowledge of the tools of active use. (Emarsys, Meta Base, Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, etc)
  • 2) Continuous evaluation of the tech stack in UA

  • Diagram of tools of critical use in the area and its impact on the performance of each channel.
  • Generation of alternative contingency plans depending on the tools and platforms of daily use.
  • Maintenance in the configuration of the platforms used in user acquisition.
  • Carry out the evaluation of the suppliers requested by the compliance team.
  • 3) Automation of operational processes

  • Continuous support to the team in the creation of panels / files and support documents that allow them to develop their recurrent activities.
  • Monthly report of provisions to the accounting team.
  • Make a report of incidents (Post mortem) of presenting an unexpected event that potentially affects the indicators of the area (ad hoc).
  • 4) Support to the conversion funnel

  • Develop the roadmap of projects for each Q '; identifying the points of friction and analyzing the possible impact on the conversion (work together with UA Insights).
  • Prioritize and monitor internal and external improvement projects based on effort, cost and benefit.
  • In charge of pushing projects with Engineering in all the tasks involved to improve the conversion of users.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Public relations, marketing.
  • 12 months in supplier management.
  • Agile and Scrum
  • Project evaluation and monitoring tools (JIRA, Basecamp, Redbooth )
  • Management and prioritization of projects.
  • Flow diagrams / process for various systems.
  • Advanced handling of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Understanding of general concepts of paid media (SEO, SEM, Retargeting, Facebook, Adservers such as DCM or Sizmek).
  • General understanding of other programming languages (MongoDB, Python, R...) (Optional)
  • English (advanced).
