Develop and lead the 3M Corporate Brand and Communication strategy to be executed in primary digital touch points (Web, Social, other platforms), pulling the right levers to build 3M Brand through connecting with our primary audiences in Latin America.
In this role you will :
Partner-up with LATAM Corporate Brand and Communication leaders to develop a digital plan across all countries.
Become the liaison between the Global Corporate Brand and Communications and the Latin America country leaders for Social and Web policies and platform development.
Measure and understand digital footprint of Corporate Brand and Communications in Latin America, identify trends and competitive actions.
Help execute and lead the 3M Corporate Brand and Communications digital content Marketing strategy.
Lead digital agencies, subject matter experts (SMEs), media agencies, media partners and technical teams (Digital Marketing Operations) to achieve goals on time and with the right amount of resources.
Adapt and improve 3M Corporate platforms, tools and assets to the match the 3M Corporate Brand and Communications strategy.
Have an open communication with local teams to identify killer issues of operation (Language, legal, cultural, regulatory, product availability).
