Position Summary :
Responsible for supporting, coordinating and executing all regular-hire hiring process activities, including but not limited to
Background check process (where applicable)
Projects relating to the hiring process
Essential Functions :
Reviews offer forms for accuracy and compliance, following proper documentation and process guidance to ensure offer form is accurate and complete prior to offer letter / contract generation and verbal offer.
Validates position information with req and offer form, source of hire, referral and agency info complete, and follows to complete when missing.
Creates offer letter / contract within 24 hours of offer form review completion
Background Check initiation, facilitation, and adjudication (where applicable). Additionally, follows legal guidelines for adjudication and escalation including but not limited to;
escalation to manager on results outside of guidelines, escalation to legal in the event of a potential offer rescind, and proper documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Process hiring transactions within required timeframes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed in the event of a delay.
Providing offer letter contract to candidates, including proper stakeholders to ensure letter is delivered, signed and returned (where applicable), and retained according to retention protocol.
Perform interview coordination and facilitation for video or onsite interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and in acceptance of schedule.
Greeting and facilitating on-site interview, when local to coordinator
Ensuring local regulations and internal compliance is audited at the hiring stage through thorough requisition and documentation review.
Participate and potentially lead projects of small-scale in support of efficiency and process improvement in the hiring process.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Requires a High School degree / certification
4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
2 year experience with applicant tracking technology
2 year experience working with candidates and / or recruiters in recruitment support and advisory role
Strong communication and organization skills.
