What do you get to do in this position?

The role of Procurement Program Management for the Procurement Operations Team is a dynamic leadership role with emphasis on coordination and implementation of special programs, strategic objectives, business intelligence and balanced scorecard objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop actions to implement new programs, including detailed project management for actions, owners, timing.
  • Provide expertise and insights for new initiatives, clarifying the full impact to the team as far as resource requirements, change management, stakeholder buy-

    in, and potential obstacles.

  • Facilitate the team’s performance with a balanced scorecard and true business intelligence.
  • Provide common format for red, yellow, green visualization of achievement and corresponding A3 analysis. Roll-up results for the cluster and provide guidance for each procurement manager.
  • Establish standardization of approach and seek best practices. Assess potential barriers and proactively seek countermeasures.

  • Lead the formation of special teams for specific needs, ie. SAP implementation, best practice sharing, Smart Factory SMEs, systems / tools / technology collaborative teams, One Voice, vendor payment issues, etc.
  • Act as point of consolidation for cluster-wide issues, providing guidance, leadership, and decisive intervention. Ensure corporate strategies are followed.
  • Serve as team lead for organizing information, ie. Organization charts, training requirements, shortage escalations, ad hoc reporting.
  • Act as single point of contact for dissemination of information. Ensure uniformity and efficiency.

  • Facilitate change across countries, cultures, and businesses; identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate expertise in systems, tools, methods, policies, protocols, ERP systems related to Procurement.
  • Qualifications

    This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Procurement Operations in Manufacturing
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Competencies and skills : analyze issues, influence and convince, achieve results, focus on customer, innovative thinking, collaborative solution seeker, excellent people skills, cross-cultural.
  • Strong understanding of procurement roles, responsibilities
