Commercial Management Supervisor (Control & Administration) Reports to : Key Distributor ManagerPosition DescriptionResponsible for the administration of the commercial policy and accountable for the strategy and execution of non-
commercial activities for the indirect channel, contract management, due diligences, field actions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides first line guidance for commercial policy for sales managers, sales representatives and channel leads.
Accountable for documenting focalization zones for all distributors.Accountable on a Q basis for evaluating quota / rebate, responsible for paying execution.
Accountable in coordination with channel leads, HCC, and MD franchises, ensure and supervise that 100% Due Diligences and Annual Certifications are carried out timely for all MD channel partners.
Responsible in coordination Channel Leads and Q&C for field actions regarding channel partners and the Q&C program.In coordination with Legal Department and Channel Leads, ensure 100% of MD distributor and integrator contracts (product supply contracts) with valid attachments.
In coordination with CLS and Finance, ensure that 100% of MD sales TPIs are aware of their purchase limits for last two months of the year as well as the cupos are followed.
Accountable for tender compliance regarding correct use of TPIs and Sub-TPIs, evaluates (approves or rejects) every tender.
Perform ABJ & FMV for all MD channel partner’s category.
