Orchestrates Pfizer’s relationship and resources with Key assigned accounts, within a broad spectrum of end-to-end responsibilities including : access of new products, development of current business and identifying growth opportunities.
Challenge of the position is to evolve Pfizer’s standing from a provider to a key strategic partner and in charge of the development of a business strategy perfectly aligned with KPI of decision makers within the institutional setting.
Leader with a cross functional responsibility that has to demonstrate traction with senior leaders both within the organization and with payers, peers and gain support for projects to develop account.
In order to be eligible to perform this complex role, candidates have to demonstrate proven success in access functions for varied disease interventions, success track in commercial operations, distribution channel management, key stakeholder engagement, excellent communication skills, cross functional leadership skills, team work capabilities and strategic vision.
