The Product Specialist Imaging will be responsible for :
Maintaining and improving your technical knowledge of the CR & DR product portfolio.
Develop a detailed understanding of our competitors’ technologies and offers and trends in the market place.
Develop localized sales trainings, sales tactics and promotions, in close co-operation with the SSU Manager and Sales Manager.
Reviewing product and marketing documentation related to our products and work closely with the Marketing Communications team to create documentation and support materials for end users and sales staff.
Support the sales organization to professionally advise the customer on all aspects.
Improve customer satisfaction by setting clear delivery expectations.
Identify, solve and escalate customer product complaints.
Assist in the review / assessment and selection of new / existing channels for supporting the CR & DR portfolio.
Work closely together with the Sales Manager on the qualification of deals and definition on the next steps in the sales cycle, based on technical, customer specific and sales tools know how.
Assess the technical and commercial skills of the sales organization in order to prepare regular product trainings.
Prepare and execute product launches, along with the required business cases, and work on the localization of launch packages.
Help mobilizing the sales force to generate the most effective market introduction for the product.
Identify and localize potential promotions to drive sales, as well as monitor the effectiveness of promotions by setting targets and milestones.
Set up Trade Trials (site selection, coordination, final customer outcome) and maintain relationships with reference sites.
Manage and steer sales effectiveness metrics and analyze the root cause of missed performance targets and drive appropriate counter measures to ensure the achievement of business plans.
Provide input in line with local regulatory requirements.
To be successful in the position, you will need :
Good technical knowledge in Imaging Healthcare
English language Fluent
Spanish language Desired (at least he / she must be able to communicate)
Must broadly understand the implications of system integration issues in digital environments
Excellent understanding of workflow in hospitals, radiology departments and Imaging solutions systems and or / purchasing flow.
Strong sales approach
Strong negotiation skills for the development of channel agreements and sales to end users
Advanced business analytical skills.
Strong team player, self-motivated, Interpersonal skills and high level of self-organization & planning.
