POSITION SUMMARY The Junior Software Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, building knowledge of our business, and considered a SME for certain areas of our products to assist regional teams and end customers.
Position need to be familiar with the entire software support process using the ITIL methodology. With short release cycles and very close customer involvement we strive to continuously improve our software, quality, and project deliveries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Actively monitor and provide Level 2 Production Support for the ATM software developed by the company, resolving issues and initiating corrective action plans as appropriate Analyze logs to traces the root of failures in the operation of the ATM software Work closely with development teams and supporting technology groups to drive improvements and problem resolution Provide accurate follow-
up of incidents using the corporate tools Communicate to customers during an ongoing major incident and ensure the quality of information documented in major incident records Work with local, regional and global teams toward ATM applications support and stability Work within set deadlines and deliver high quality Provide timely technical status reporting to project technical leads QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer / Software Engineering, or equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in a support role managing end user products and services Strong knowledge working with logs and trace files Strong analytical and problem-
solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills on English Basic . Net, C#, and XML, HTML / CSS / Java Script knowledge Basic Object Oriented Development knowledge Basic ITIL Foundations knowledge Hardworking, self-
