Conduct evaluation of customer potential and develop business account plan to achieve
complete penetration of multiple product categories while expanding sales and profitable growth with the customer.
Formulate sales strategy by determining sales projections and performance goals that are consistent with achieving all of the strategic account sales and marketing objectives.
Conduct market research to remain familiar with industry trends and competitive activity in the marketplace and within the customer.
Regularly visit customer and develop positive relationships with key contacts at account site(s) and within the customer’s work group.
Network within customer organization so that they are aware of and reliant upon all of Service Solutions capabilities and resources.
Attend and, potentially, schedule customer visits with other Account Managers and ASR’s to maintain awareness of issues and market trends in the field.
Effectively communicate information within the customer sales team, customer account staff and senior management on a regular basis.
Present proposals / programs to decision-makers at customer and support presentations made within customer to approval committees.
Target and secure new business opportunities within the assigned account for the Tools, Equipment,
DES, TIS business & global bets.
Effectively communicate needs of Automotive Service Solutions products to Bosch product and sales management team.
Relevant work experience and at least 2 years inside an OEM .
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.
Desired good knowledge of automotive tool and equipment industry.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Demonstrated sales management experience hands-on, dynamic, aggressive business leader.
Strategic thinker heavy on execution and delivery of results.
Skilled at managing information with sales team, customers and the company.
Demonstrated ability in meeting and interacting with top decision makers
Fluent in English
Excellent project management / organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task to effectively handle numerous projects, initiatives and issues
